Women's Council of REALTORS Washington is a professional network of real estate agents serving the Gig Harbor, WA area and throughout Washington State. As a premier organization in the real estate industry, we provide comprehensive support and resources to REALTOR® members seeking professional development and business advancement. Our network connects successful real estate professionals across multiple Washington State chapters, including Greater Snohomish, Seattle Metro, South King County, Spokane-Eastern Washington, and Tacoma regions. We specialize in leadership development, professional training, and industry education for real estate professionals at all career stages. Our membership includes both women and men who represent the top professionals within the real estate industry, offering strategic partnership opportunities that connect thousands of REALTORS® throughout the state. Since our establishment in 1938, we have maintained a commitment to advancing professionals as business leaders through volunteer-led initiatives, mentorship programs, and networking events. The Women's Council of REALTORS Washington serves as the recognized voice for women in real estate while welcoming all professionals regardless of gender. We offer specialized programs including the Margo Wheeler Path to Leadership Grant, which supports emerging leaders in their professional development journey.
