Women's Bean Project

Women's Bean Project is a Colorado-based nonprofit social enterprise providing comprehensive job training and employment opportunities to women facing significant barriers to work in the Denver area. Women's Bean Project products are distributed nationally through nearly 1,000 retail locations including major chains like King Soopers, Whole Foods, and Safeway, as well as specialty retailers and online platforms. The organization generates over $3 million in annual revenue, reinvesting proceeds to support their transitional employment program. Through meaningful work, participants develop job readiness skills, gain confidence, and establish pathways to long-term self-sufficiency.
