The Western New York Chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY) serves the Buffalo, NY legal community and surrounding region as part of the largest statewide bar association dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession and society. With more than 400 members representing both women and men, the Chapter provides comprehensive professional development and networking opportunities designed to support career advancement and leadership development.

WBASNY's Western New York Chapter offers annual programs addressing critical professional needs including work-life balance, practice development, and substantive legal issues. The organization facilitates discussions on both traditional and non-traditional career paths, recognizing the diverse ways legal professionals build their practices and advance their careers.
