SPBCFAWL offers extensive networking and educational programming throughout the year, including monthly membership luncheons at premier venues featuring accomplished guest speakers, judicial receptions, professional development events, and social networking opportunities. Members benefit from exclusive mentorship programs, including the distinctive Table for 8 luncheons and dinners with distinguished Past Presidents, providing personalized guidance in an approachable setting. The organization actively promotes women's advancement within the legal profession and judiciary through its Membership Advancement and Promotion Center, which helps members achieve leadership positions with The Florida Bar and throughout the legal system.

Beyond professional development, SPBCFAWL demonstrates strong community commitment through sponsorship of the Rise Up Juvenile Summer Program, the Rochelle Shelly Kerner Memorial Scholarship for female law students at Nova Southeastern University Law Center, and fundraising initiatives supporting breast cancer research and local healthcare initiatives.
