Idaho Women Lawyers, Inc. (IWL) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing diversity and promoting equal rights and opportunities for women in the legal profession throughout Idaho. Based in Boise, ID, IWL serves as a dynamic network of over 350 members, including women, men, and non-binary legal professionals from varied backgrounds and career paths. Since its founding in 1986, the organization has created and supported numerous projects and events designed to strengthen the legal profession and support the professional endeavors of all attorneys, particularly women seeking judicial and leadership positions.

IWL operates as a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)(6) organization that does not take positions regarding particular judicial or political candidates.
