Serving the greater The Woodlands, TX community, EWA provides members with structured personal and professional development opportunities designed to elevate women in executive and managerial roles. The organization hosts monthly luncheon meetings held every third Tuesday, featuring accomplished guest speakers who address critical topics in professional growth and leadership excellence. These gatherings create a dynamic networking environment where members from diverse professional backgrounds connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships that strengthen their careers. EWA offers flexible membership options to accommodate different professional needs and budgets. Individual members gain access to all monthly luncheon programs and are encouraged to participate as mentors in the Women of Vision educational outreach initiative. Scholarship members provide direct support to the organization's youth development mission while receiving recognition as sponsors at monthly events and the annual Women of Vision Senior School Banquet. Beyond member services, EWA operates the Women of Vision program, which delivers mentorship and educational outreach to young women at Conroe High School and Oak Ridge High School. The program culminates in scholarship awards that enable program graduates to pursue higher education and establish successful careers in business and professional fields.
