While the overall purpose and goals of CREW chapters are similar to those of CREW Network, each chapter/affiliate group has its own unique structure and framework, allowing it to meet the needs of its individual members and marketplace. CREW Orlando has its own membership criteria, sets its own dues, and schedules its own programs and member activities. The membership’s diversity provides the structure, leadership skills, and industry expertise to best serve its members, their clients, and the communities of central Florida with professional excellence.

For more than 30 years, CREW Orlando has shaped Central Florida’s skyline. The group was formed through a grassroots movement in 1987 to provide mentorship and professional development for women in the commercial real estate industry. Shortly after, CREW Orlando became part of CREW Network – the industry’s premier business organization dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. Today, with more than 240 members across commercial real estate disciplines, CREW Orlando provides support to its members through business development, leadership development, industry research, career outreach, and continues to inspire the next generation through community involvement with our UCREW program.
