The Coalition of Labor Union Women Baltimore Chapter advances the rights and representation of union women through strategic advocacy and empowerment initiatives. Serving the Baltimore, MD community and beyond, the Chapter organizes the unorganized, promotes affirmative action initiatives, and amplifies women's voices in political and legislative processes. Founded on four core objectives established at CLUW's 1974 founding convention, the Baltimore Chapter continues to mobilize union women around shared concerns and develop actionable programs within the labor movement framework.
